Rotten Tomatoes

My wife has been visiting her family and friends in her home state for the past few weeks and before she left she made it clear that I was suppose to take really good care of her tomato plants. Well it doesn't look good for me. I checked the tomatoes yesterday and I don't think they made it. Now I didn't water them very often but that is because it has rained every day for the past few weeks so I didn't think they needed watering. I am not sure if that is why they rotted but I know I am in for a few lashings. I may just have to go into hiding.
