It must be random fact Friday cause I've heard a few random facts today. So I went and found a few that are pretty interesting.
- If you spell out all the numbers individually, you'll get to a thousand before you find an A.
- One of your taste buds lives for only ten days.
- It takes ten years for an oyster to produce a pearl the size of a pea.
- If everyone in China were to walk past you single file, the line would never end due to the rate of reproduction.
- A three year nap is normal for snails.
- Porcupines float in water.
- The longest recorded flight of a chicken is thirteen seconds, but chickens can fly, or can they?
And since I'm left-handed I added this next fact.
- The Macintosh computer was designed by five individuals, four of whom are left-handed.
