Not too long ago, I blogged about the amazing Google Glass that will eventually enter the market. Well, that eventually turns out to be 2014. At the 2012 Google Developer Conference, Sergey Brin was talking with reporters when he let out the expected release date of 2014. I was totally stoked when I read that. Not stoked because of the minimum year and a half wait. Stoked because these glasses actually work, they do exist, and eventually I will own a pair. Extremely lucky developers that were at the conference were able to purchase a pair for $1,500. The developers will get their glasses early next year so they can get to work making software that will work with the glasses. Here's another cool video from Google with the Glass in action.
